Feelings and memories are often pushed down and set aside in the hope they will go away on their own, only to have them surface again at a later time. They may be subtle - a sense of sadness, loss, regret, or emptiness - thoughts and memories that creep into your awareness unexpectedly. Or there may be a more profound impact - depression, anxiety, difficulty in relationships, or addictions.

Our trained staff and volunteers will provide confidential and non-judgmental support as they help you process through your experience. Depending on your situation, we offer individual/couple's peer counseling, a group Bible study, or a weekend retreat environment.
